Our in-house tooling manufacturing and tooling repair operation is located locally in Brisbane and has the capability to design, manufacture, maintain and repair a full range of mold tooling to meet the needs of locally manufactured molds. In addition, our tooling manufacturing services have expanded internationally, with our team working closely with tooling partners located in Malaysia, China and North America.

Performs injection mold maintenance including disassembly, cleaning, blade replacement and basic repairs.
Maintains preventive maintenance records for tools in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure tool readiness according to production schedules.
Recommend changes needed in part design, tool design, or equipment capabilities to achieve acceptable quality and cost requirements.
Participates in and provides input on corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement projects.
Maintains proper housekeeping practices and tooling storage requirements.
Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner.
Adhere to and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards.
