Laser engraving, also called laser engraving or laser marking, it is a process of surface treatment which using optical principles. It is similar to screen printing. The laser engraving can be used to type or pattern on the surface of the product.

Technical features:

1. Wide range, safe and reliable.

2. Accurate, meticulous and fast.

3. Low cost,  and environment friendly.

Laser engraving, also called laser engraving or laser marking, it is a process of surface treatment which using optical principles. It is similar to screen printing. The laser engraving can be used to type or pattern on the surface of the product.  In laser engraving, the light energy of the laser beam will engrave traces by causes chemical reactions and physical changes on the surface of material. Or light energy  will burn off part of the material, and show the patterns and texts that need to be etched.

The color of Laser carving: black, white, gray or other colors.

The principle of laser marking machine is surface ablation, which has nothing to do with color in principle. Usually, the printing is white. Due to some metal materials contain a certain amount of carbon, which can be carbonized and blackened at an instant high temperature, so it has the possibility of blackening. There are also some materials, such as resin synthetic materials, which can also be colored yellow. There will be some slight color changes with different materials, but the color is not that colorful as you imagined.

Laser carving depth: 0.02mm (standard depth). Range: 0.02-3mm.

Applicable materials: metal, plastic (not white).

Basically all metal products can be laser marked. Plastic products can be laser marked except the white materials. This is because conventional lasers cannot perform ablation on white plastic, the laser beam will be reflected.
