Metal Rapid Prototype

Kesu Hardware specialize in custom services for metal rapid prototyping, especially in Metal 3D printing and CNC machining. At Kesu Hardware, we focus on one-stop manufacturing service for complex and difficult precision component.

Our metal rapid prototyping service consist of metal 3D printing, CNC machining and sheet metal stamping etc. SLS, SLM, DMLS is available for metal 3D printing. CNC milling like 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling are available. Kesu Hardward Group have great advantages in Metal rapid prototypes. Because there are many prototype company and CNC shop on the market, but few of them could offer service for metal 3D printing and 5-aixs CNC machining. Kesu Group could not only provide both these two services, but also have rich experiences on 5-aixs CNC machining and metal 3D printing.

Upload your 2D & 3D drawings, along with the material, finish, and quantity. Get instant quote now! You can also send RFQ to enquiry@kesugroup.com directly.

Metal Rapid Prototype (CNC Metal Machining)

Machining Solutions of Metal Prototype

CNC Rapid Prototyping
CNC Rapid Prototyping
The technology of CNC machining is very mature and is widely used in metal rapid prototype. The appearance and accuracy of CNC rapid prototyping are great, which is the first choice for metal rapid prototyping.
The advantage of CNC rapid prototyping.
The information which expressed in the drawings could be reflected by CNC accurately. At the same time, the appearance quality of CNC prototype is very high, which is especially obvious after the surface finish, such as painting or silk screen printing. The product of CNC rapid prototyping will be much more glamorous than the one which is made by tooling. Hence, CNC rapid prototyping is becoming more and more popular in metal rapid prototyping.
Kesu Group has rich experience in 4-axis machining, 3+2 machining and 5-axis machining, which could provide great help for CNC rapid prototyping services.
Metal 3D Printing (SLS, SLM)
Metal 3D Printing (SLS, SLM)
The main technology of metal 3D printing are SLS and SLM.
The SLS technology means that the selective laser will irradiate the material powder, and make the special additive material melted. These special additive material will become the binder, and make the metal powder combined and formed to expected 3D model. Then the metal 3D printing will be completed.
The SLM technology means that the selective laser will heat the metal powder directly, till it’s completely melted. Then it will become the expected 3D model after cooling.
