CNC lathe machining is also known as CNC turning, which is performed by the CNC lathe. CNC lathe is one of the most widely used CNC machine tools. It is mainly used for the machining of shaft parts or disc parts. Such as the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces with arbitrary cone angles, complex rotating inner and outer curved surfaces, cylinders and conical threads. CNC lathe can also perform grooving, drilling, reaming and boring etc.
CNC Turned Components
The CNC machine tool processes the parts automatically according to the pre-programmed machining program. The parameter of parts will be compiled into a machining program list according to the instruction code and program format which specified by the CNC machine tool. Such as the route of CNC turning process, parameters of process, motion trajectory of tool , displacement, parameters of cutting and auxiliary functions etc. Then the contents of the program list will be recorded on the control medium. At last these program will be input into the numerical control device of the numerical control machine tool. So then we could direct the machine tool to process the parts.
